PLEASE NOTE:
All limousine bookings are verified by giving your email and credit card to a reservation agent. Any deposit is non-refundable. If you wish to cancel a booking for a full refund it must be done 10 days prior to the event. Any cancellation with the 10 days prior will result in a full charge as the bus would have been taken out of inventory and deemed not available for other bookings. If you wish to cancel the trip and credit card will be charged for the full amount and customer will receive a credit on the account to make the booking up at a later date. These terms are explained in detail in the limousine contract that is emailed with the reservation confirmation. By giving your credit card, address info and email you are agreeing to these terms. Each call is logged on a recorded line and can be released for documentation.
